Coastal Express Car Wash

it's out of soap or tire cleaner more than it seems to have it, and every time there's more ridiculous signs plastered all over the place in magic marker bossing the customers around over what they have to do, not allowed to, what will happen if they don't do or due to what seems lack of interest in having to take any type of action. I'm not an expert at self serve car washes but maybe updating the change machines to dispense tokens would stop customers who rightfully bought the quarters with cash in the first place from using them outside the property. Also why not just have someone go by there at night to clean the bays out instead of expecting customers to wash theirs and everyone else's mud down the drain especially when someone whos truck is caked over with it was in there before? & why can't something be done about the people who can't wash their vehicles without their speakers blaring out a bunch of profanity into the other stalls, along with the smell of weed smoke, no regards to if someone has kids nearby, and rev their engines, peel their tires in the stalls,,and go in there with a truck looking like its been submerged in red clay?!

Big rip off! Had 6 minutes left on the wash clock. Then it stops so I add more money. Clock now sitting just under 10 minutes. Still nothing. To make it worse tire cleaner and pre soak as well as the the wax cycle wouldn't even work!! I've spent alot of money between this Dothan one and the headland costal. I'd rather wash my truck from now on in a Mudd puddle than use this rip off car wash!!!!

Clean place to wash, wax and vacuum my beloved Rovers. Now my daughter will have a clean interior to ride around in with her old daddy. Just wished their drive thru car wash coupons were universal with their other locations. Best car wash in dothan and the only one I use.......its closest to my house.... ;)

Wow!!! I love this place. It's convenient for one. Most businesses may have a car wash but they don't have vacuuming and cleaning areas for everybody. Or the may be a place to use a vacuum but definitely not a car wash as well. The vaccums and car wash prep areas are complimentary with every car wash. There prices start at $6. But that's not where their service stops. They have a very knowledgeable staff and a family friendly atmosphere. I'm a Iraq veteran. And I feel completely at home here. There's one employee I'd like to give a personal shout out to. Thank you Mr. Ryan for personally making sure that my visit start to finish was a blast and completely stress free. And here's an extra 🌟. For you. Because this is definitely a 6 🌟 rates business!!
